That’s my goal with Leverage Leadership. In 2014 I started writing this book when I noticed patterns in the churches and events I was visiting. It didn’t matter if it was a conference put on by a non-profit or an event hosted by a local church. There were some common themes I noticed in every single organization that was extremely effective. The ones that had very little impact, you guessed it; these things were missing. In my book Leverage Leadership, I cover the four things you need to establish to get the most impact. If you’re like me, you want to the “good steward” in the parable Jesus gave. You want to give God your very best and give Him a great return on His investment in your life. To do that, we need to focus on the right things early in our leadership. If we do, we’ll have the leverage needed for the greatest impact.
